Credit rating withdrawal rationale
The withdrawal of the credit rating of the 002P-06 series (RU000A101QP6) bond issued by JSC “ALFA-BANK” is due to the full redemption of this bond issue on June 4, 2021. Before the withdrawal, an AA+(RU) credit rating was affirmed to the bond issue, i.e. on par with the credit rating of JSC “ALFA-BANK”. The rating has been withdrawn without its concurrent affirmation.

The credit rating was previously assigned to the RU000A101QP6 bond issue of JSC “ALFA-BANK” under the national scale for the Russian Federation based on the Methodology for Assigning Credit Ratings to Individual Issues of Financial Instruments on the National Scale for the Russian Federation, and the Key Concepts Used by the Analytical Credit Rating Agency Within the Scope of Its Rating Activities.
The credit rating of the RU000A101QP6 bond issue of JSC “ALFA-BANK” was published by ACRA for the first time on June 2, 2020.
The credit rating was assigned based on data provided by JSC “ALFA-BANK”, information from publicly available sources, and ACRA’s own databases. The credit rating is solicited, and JSC “ALFA-BANK” participated in its assignment.
In assigning the credit rating, ACRA used only information, the quality and reliability of which was, in ACRA's opinion, appropriate and sufficient to apply the methodologies.
ACRA provided additional services to JSC “ALFA-BANK”. No conflicts of interest were discovered in the course of credit rating assignment.
