Credit rating withdrawal rationale
ACRA has withdrawn its АA(RU) credit rating previously assigned to the RU000A0JUQP7 bond issued by the Samara Region due to its full redemption. The rating has been withdrawn without its concurrent affirmation.

The credit rating of the bond (RU000A0JUQP7) issued by the Samara Region was previously assigned under the national scale for the Russian Federation based on the Methodology for Assigning Credit Ratings to Individual Issues of Financial Instruments on the National Scale of the Russian Federation and the Key Concepts Used by the Analytical Credit Rating Agency Within the Scope of Its Rating Activities.
The credit rating of the bond (RU000A0JUQP7) issued by the Samara Region was first published by ACRA on July 7, 2017.
ACRA provided no additional services to government of the Samara Region. No conflicts of interest were discovered in the course of credit rating assignment.
