Credit rating withdrawal rationale
The credit rating of the BO-P06 series (RU000A101FR5) bond issued by KAMAZ PTC has been withdrawn due to the full redemption of this issue on August 19, 2021. Before the withdrawal, an A+(RU) credit rating was affirmed to the bond, i.e. on par with the credit rating of KAMAZ PTC. The rating has been withdrawn without its concurrent affirmation.
Regulatory disclosure
The credit rating was previously assigned to the BO-P06 series (RU000A101FR5) bond issued by KAMAZ PTC under the national scale for the Russian Federation based on the Methodology for Assigning Credit Ratings to Individual Issues of Financial Instruments on the National Scale for the Russian Federation, and the Key Concepts Used by the Analytical Credit Rating Agency within the Scope of Its Rating Activities.
The credit rating of the BO-P06 series (RU000A101FR5) bond issued by KAMAZ PTC was published by ACRA for the first time on April 20, 2020.
The credit rating was assigned based on the data provided by KAMAZ PTC, information from publicly available sources, as well as ACRA’s own databases. The credit rating is solicited, and KAMAZ PTC participated in its assignment.
In assigning the credit rating, ACRA used only information, the quality and reliability of which was, in ACRA's opinion, appropriate and sufficient to apply the methodologies.
ACRA provided no additional services to KAMAZ PTC. No conflicts of interest were discovered in the course of credit rating assignment.
