The withdrawal of the credit rating of the series 001P-02 (RU000A1014H6) bond issued by CREDIT BANK OF MOSCOW is due to the full redemption of this bond issue on November 30, 2021. Before the withdrawal, on November 22, 2021, in accordance with ACRA’s methodology, the credit rating of this issue was upgraded to A+(RU) as the same rating action was performed with regard to the credit rating of CREDIT BANK OF MOSCOW. The rating has been withdrawn without its concurrent affirmation.
The credit rating was previously assigned to the RU000A1014H6 bond issued by CREDIT BANK OF MOSCOW under the national scale for the Russian Federation based on the Methodology for Assigning Credit Ratings to Individual Issues of Financial Instruments on the National Scale for the Russian Federation and the Key Concepts Used by the Analytical Credit Rating Agency within the Scope of Its Rating Activities.
The credit rating of the RU000A1014H6 bond issued by CREDIT BANK OF MOSCOW was published by ACRA for the first time on December 2, 2019.
The credit rating was assigned based on data provided by CREDIT BANK OF MOSCOW, information from publicly available sources, and ACRA’s own databases. The credit rating is solicited, and CREDIT BANK OF MOSCOW participated in its assignment.
In assigning the credit rating, ACRA used only information, the quality and reliability of which was, in ACRA’s opinion, appropriate and sufficient to apply the methodologies.
