EXPECTED CREDIT RATING WITHDRAWAL RATIONALE
Analytical Credit Rating Agency (ACRA) has withdrawn the eAA(RU) expected credit rating assigned earlier to the series BO-15-002P bond of JSC Russian Agricultural Bank without its concurrent affirmation. The rating has been withdrawn since JSC Russian Agricultural Bank has no plans to issue the bond.
REGULATORY DISCLOSURE
The expected credit rating was assigned to the BO-15-002P series (4B02-08-03349-B-002P) bond under the national scale for the Russian Federation based on the Methodology for Assigning Credit Ratings to Individual Issues of Financial Instruments on the National Scale of the Russian Federation and the Key Concepts Used by the Analytical Credit Rating Agency within the Scope of Its Rating Activities.
The expected credit rating assigned to the BO-15-002P series (4B02-08-03349-B-002P) bond of JSC Russian Agricultural Bank was published by ACRA for the first time on October 4, 2021.
The expected credit rating was assigned based on data provided by JSC Russian Agricultural Bank, information from publicly available sources, and ACRA’s own databases. The expected credit rating was solicited, and JSC Russian Agricultural Bank participated in its assignment.
In assigning the expected credit rating, ACRA used only information, the quality and reliability of which was, in ACRA’s opinion, appropriate and sufficient to apply the methodologies.
ACRA provided ancillary services to JSC Russian Agricultural Bank. No conflicts of interest were identified in the course of the expected credit rating assignment.
