ASSESSMENT withdrawal rationale

The assessment of the series BO-001P-07 (identification number 402225B001P02E) bond of Center-invest Bank has been withdrawn due to the full redemption of this issue on December 8, 2021. Before the withdrawal, in accordance with its methodology, ACRA confirmed the compliance of the bond issue of Center-invest Bank with internationally recognized principles and standards in the field of ecology and green financing (Green Bond Principles). The assessment has been withdrawn without its concurrent affirmation.

The assessment of the bond issue of Center-invest Bank and the projects financed as part of the bond issue for compliance with internationally recognized goals, principles, standards and criteria in the field of ecology and green financing (GBP 2020) was performed based on the Methodology for Green Debt Obligation Assessment with regard to green bond assessment.

ACRA published its opinion on the compliance of the bond issue of Center-invest Bank and the projects financed as part of the bond issue with internationally recognized goals, principles, standards and criteria in the field of ecology and green financing (GBP 2020) for the first time on December 7, 2020.

ACRA’s opinion on the compliance of the bond issue of Center-invest Bank with internationally recognized goals, principles, standards and criteria in the field of ecology and green financing (GBP 2020) and the projects financed as part of the bond issue is based on data provided by Center-invest Bank, information from publicly available sources, and ACRA’s own databases.

The assessment of the compliance of the bond issue of Center-invest Bank with internationally recognized goals, principles, standards and criteria in the field of ecology and green financing (GBP 2020) and the projects financed as part of the bond issue was solicited, and Center-invest Bank participated in the assessment process.

In assigning the assessment, ACRA used only information, the quality and reliability of which was, in ACRA’s opinion, appropriate and sufficient to apply the methodologies.

No conflicts of interest were discovered in the course of the assessment process.
