Credit rating withdrawal rationale
Due to contract expiration, ACRA has withdrawn the credit rating previously assigned to AltynGold Plc under the international scale at B, outlook Stable, without its concurrent affirmation, , since no sufficient and updated information on the financial condition and business of AltynGold Plc is available.
REGULATORY DISCLOSURE
The credit rating has been previously assigned under the international scale based on the Methodology for Assigning Credit Ratings to Nonfinancial Corporations under the International Scale and the Key Concepts Used by the Analytical Credit Rating Agency within the Scope of Its Rating Activities.
The credit rating of AltynGold Plc was published by ACRA for the first time on August 11, 2021.
ACRA provided no additional services to AltynGold Plc. No conflicts of interest were discovered in the course of credit rating assignment.
