ESG ASSESSMENT WITHDRAWAL RATIONALE

ACRA has withdrawn the ESG-3 (category B) ESG assessment, which was previously assigned to Public Joint Stock Company ROSSETI. The assessment has been withdrawn without its concurrent affirmation because Public Joint Stock Company ROSSETI has ceased operating as a separate legal entity as a result of the completion of its merger with “Federal Grid Company – ROSSETI”, PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY on January 9, 2023.

The ESG assessment has been assigned based on data provided by Public Joint Stock Company ROSSETI, information from publicly available sources, and ACRA’s databases.

The ESG assessment is solicited and Public Joint Stock Company ROSSETI participated its assignment.

In assigning the assessment, ACRA used only information, the quality and reliability of which were, in ACRA’s opinion, appropriate and sufficient to apply the methodology.

No conflicts of interest were discovered in the course of the assessment process.
