The credit rating of the series 001P-01 (RU000A103YP6) bond of JSC “SG-trans” has been withdrawn due to the early redemption of this issue on October 28, 2024. Before the withdrawal, in accordance with ACRA’s methodology, an A+(RU) credit rating was affirmed to the bond, i.e. on par with the credit rating of JSC “SG-trans”. The rating has been withdrawn without its concurrent affirmation.

The credit rating was previously assigned to the series 001P-01 (RU000A103YP6) bond issued by JSC “SG-trans” under the national scale for the Russian Federation based on the Methodology for Assigning Credit Ratings to Financial Instruments on the National Scale for the Russian Federation and the Key Concepts Used by the Analytical Credit Rating Agency Within the Scope of Its Rating Activities.
The credit rating of the series 001P-01 (RU000A103YP6) bond of JSC “SG-trans” was published by ACRA for the first time on November 1, 2021.
The credit rating was assigned based on data provided by JSC “SG-trans”, information from publicly available sources, and ACRA’s own databases. The credit rating was solicited and JSC “SG-trans” participated in its assignment.
In assigning the credit rating, ACRA used only information, the quality and reliability of which were, in ACRA’s opinion, appropriate and sufficient to apply the methodologies.
ACRA provided additional services to JSC “SG-trans”. No conflicts of interest were discovered in the course of credit rating assignment.
