credit rating withdrawal rationale
At the request of EuroTrans PJSC, ACRA has withdrawn its A-(RU) credit rating, outlook Stable. The Watch Status has been removed from the credit rating due to its withdrawal.
REGULATORY DISCLOSURE
The credit rating was previously assigned to EuroTrans PJSC based on the following methodologies: the Methodology for Assigning Credit Ratings to Non-Financial Corporations under the National Scale for the Russian Federation to calculate the SCA and determine the credit rating and the credit rating outlook of EuroTrans PJSC under the national scale for the Russian Federation and the Key Concepts Used by the Analytical Credit Rating Agency within the Scope of Its Rating Activities to ensure consistent and uniform application of ACRA’s methodologies, models, and key rating assumptions, as well as to assign the Watch Status.
The credit rating of EuroTrans PJSC assigned under the national scale for the Russian Federation was published by ACRA for the first time on October 10, 2022.
The credit rating was assigned based on data provided by EuroTrans PJSC, information from publicly available sources, and ACRA’s own databases.
The credit rating is solicited and EuroTrans PJSC participated in its assignment.
In assigning the credit rating, ACRA used only information, the quality and reliability of which were, in ACRA’s opinion, appropriate and sufficient to apply the methodologies.
ACRA provided the following additional services to EuroTrans PJSC: assessment of the obligations of a company/regions, municipalities and countries for compliance with sustainable development principles from July 31, 2023 to the present and assessment of the obligations of a company/regions, municipalities and countries for compliance with sustainable development principles from April 4, 2025 to the present.
No conflicts of interest were discovered in the course of credit rating assignment.
