Credit rating rationale. The issue is a senior unsecured debt instrument of SIMPLE SOLUTIONS CAPITAL JSC (hereinafter, SSCap or the Company). Due to the absence of either structural or contractual subordination of the issue, ACRA regards it as equal other existing and future unsecured and unsubordinated debt obligations of the Company in terms of priority. In accordance with ACRA’s methodology, to determine the issue’s credit rating, the detailed approach is applicable, according to which the recovery rate on the issue belongs to category II, and therefore the issue’s credit rating is on par with that of SSCap — BBB-(RU).
The credit rating of the Company is based on the satisfactory assessments of the business profile, risk profile and liquidity, weak capital adequacy, and the strong funding assessment.
